Week and Weekend Rentals Winter 2010

Available winter season 2010 by the week
Weekly (Thursday or Friday for 7 consecutive days.)  Lakesedge & Hilltop (Winter Rate) $1,750 -$1850 (depends on the number of people).   
 
Long Weekends
Lakesedge & Hilltop : 3 nights/4 days  (Winter Rate) $950-$1295

Available Winter Season
Lakesedge and Hilltop:
Call for winter rentals $6950 -$7500, from Nov 15 - April 15, plus heat and utilities.
 
Deposit Policy:
 
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel.  The deposits become the security deposit upon arrival and will be returned within 30 days after the rental ends, less any damage or  extra cleaning expenses.
 
Deposit Amounts:
$300 for Weekly Rental
$200 for Weekend Rental
Winter Seasonal  $1000.00
 
Cleaning Policy:
 We expect the properties to be cleaned upon your leaving and meet The Winslow's approval.  If you do not wish to do the cleaning yourself, we can provide you with the name and phone number of cleaners to come in and clean the property for you. 
 This must be arranged in advance as they have only four (4) hours of changeover time on Saturdays in the Summer and Friday's in the Winter.
