Your security deposit becomes a damage deposit at CHECK IN. Your damage deposit is refunded within 30 days after CHECK OUT, less any rent, charges or damage fees due.

Deposit Policy:
 
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel.  The deposits become the security deposit upon arrival and will be returned within 30 days after the rental ends, less any damage or  extra cleaning expenses.
 
Deposit Amounts:
$300 for Weekly Rental
$200 for Weekend Rental
Winter Seasonal  $1000.00
 
Cleaning Policy:
 
We expect the properties to be cleaned upon your leaving and meet The Winslow's approval.  If you do not wish to do the cleaning yourself, we can provide you with the name and phone number of cleaners to come in and clean the property for you. 
 This must be arranged in advance as they have only four (4) hours of changeover time on Saturdays in the Summer and Friday's in the Winter.
